Hi there! Allow me to share a little bit about myself & lifestyle.

I’m Camryn Slott, but you can call me Cam! I’m a small-town girl from Nederland, Texas, where I was born and raised in the Southeast Texas area. I’m currently continuing my studies in Mass Communications at Lamar University. After graduation, I aspire is to work in medical device sales, specifically on the surgical side, where I can combine my passion for communication, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Growing up, staying active has always been a big part of my life and has taught me discipline, confidence, and the importance of staying committed to the things I love. My experiences growing up have shaped me into someone who enjoys trying new things, meeting new people, and always having something to look forward to.

I’ve always been a total people person and genuinely enjoy connecting with others. I currently work at Ella and Scott Boutique in Beaumont, where I’ve been able to combine my love for fashion, creativity, and working with people. My experience at the boutique has given me the opportunity to develop my customer service and communication skills while also gaining experience in retail, social media, and creating content. I love being able to help customers find pieces that fit their personal style and contribute to the creative side of the business.

Outside of school and work, I’m also a Pilates instructor. Fitness has always been an important part of my life, so becoming an instructor has allowed me to turn something I love into another opportunity to connect with and encourage others. I enjoy creating an environment where people can feel confident, challenged, and motivated while making movement a part of their everyday lives.

I’m excited to grow both personally and professionally while building a strong foundation for my future career. My education in Mass Communication, along with my experiences in retail, social media, fitness, and customer connection, continues to help me develop skills that I can carry into my career. Throughout my portfolio, you’ll find a collection of my academic work, creative projects, and professional experiences that reflect my growth and the skills I continue to develop. I’m excited to see where these experiences take me as I work toward my future in medical device sales and beyond.
